Cancellation & Modification Policy

Pay at the store

Luggage Malmö does not take online payment for bookings. You pay when you drop off your bags. There is no cancellation fee and no no-show fee.

How to cancel or change

Before check-in, open the secure manage link from your booking confirmation email. From that page you can:

• Change drop-off / pick-up times (within opening hours)
• Cancel the booking in one step

Cancellation is free and immediate. Your booking status is set to cancelled and the time is recorded.

After check-in

Once bags are checked in, online editing and cancellation are locked. Contact the store if you need help.

Distance contracts and cancellation

Online bookings may be subject to mandatory consumer rights under Swedish law.

For our unpaid online reservations, you may cancel free of charge at any time before check-in using the secure manage link.

Once your bags have been checked in and the storage service has started, online cancellation is no longer available. Any mandatory consumer rights under Swedish law remain unaffected.
