Store Surveillance

The storage area is staffed. Camera surveillance may be used to prevent crime, maintain security, and investigate incidents in accordance with applicable law. Information about camera surveillance is provided through clear signage where surveillance is taking place.

Bag photos at check-in

We photograph bags at check-in to document condition and identity of stored items. Photos are linked to your booking and used for security and dispute handling.

Retention and access

Images are retained only as long as needed for security, claims, and legal obligations, then deleted. Access is limited to authorised staff and processors.
