Prohibited Items & Liability

Prohibited or refused items

We may refuse or ask you to remove, among other things:

• Illegal goods, weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids, strong chemicals, or pressurised containers unsuitable for indoor storage
• Perishable food, living animals, or items that may leak, smell, or damage other property
• Cash, high-value jewellery, or other valuables we cannot reasonably secure as declared valuables storage

If unsure, ask the store before booking.

Your responsibilities

You must pack items safely and truthfully describe unusual contents when asked. You remain responsible for complying with law.

Liability

We take reasonable care of stored bags. Liability for loss or damage is limited to what Swedish mandatory law requires and, where permitted, to amounts proportionate to the storage fee for the booking. We are not liable for consequential loss, or for damage caused by prohibited contents, inadequate packing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law.

Pick-up inspection and claims

You must inspect your bags and belongings carefully before leaving the store at pick-up. If you notice any missing item, damage, tampering, or other issue, report it to staff immediately while you are still on the premises.

When an issue is reported at pick-up, we will document it and, where relevant and legally permitted, review available security records and check-in documentation as part of the investigation.

If you leave the store without reporting an issue, this may make it more difficult to establish when or where any loss or damage occurred. This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under Swedish law.

We strongly recommend that bags containing valuable or sensitive belongings are securely closed or locked before storage. Customers remain responsible for ensuring that bags are suitably packed and secured.
